Secondary School Sponsorship

In Kenya, secondary education is not available to all. Kipawa funds a number of scholarships to enable needy children we have identified in the primary schools we work with to continue with secondary education in day or boarding schools. Our social workers ensure that the children we are helping in this programme are those whose families could not otherwise afford to send them to secondary school.

The scholarships include funding for the full four years of secondary school plus the necessary social work input, books, equipment and other support to ensure that the young people can make the most of their education.
